We are scheduling for

Prekarate Class (kids 4-6 year old)

Class will start on September 7 2024 and will be every Saturday year around.

To enroll just come in and register at front desc. Fees are $22.00 a mont.

Wednesday All 6:30 PM, Thursday Beginners 6:30 PM

Karate Classes for All Ages

Our karate classes cater to all age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. If you are MercyOne Fitnes member you can practice for no extra fee, join our community and embark on a journey of self-discovery and physical wellness.

To be able participate in belt exams and karate competitions you will need to join a club of Iowa Shotokan Karate.
